Apoorva Mukhija, fresh off her appearance on the reality show 'The Traitors', recently gave a revealing interview discussing her experiences. She also addressed remarks made by Sudhanshu Pandey concerning language and morality on the show.

Mukhija addressed Pandey's comments directly, telling Money Control, "Sudhanshu ji has given 8 interviews till now. 80% of that he talks about me." She highlighted that despite Pandey's silence about her during the show, he has since repeatedly emphasized differences between men and women and questioned why women face abuse, attributing it to misogyny. She also claimed Pandey used abusive language extensively in the final episodes.

Mukhija stated she understood Pandey's potential disappointment, saying that if she were a senior actor who hadn't made a significant impact on the game, she might react similarly. She then alleged, "And the truth is, if he doesn’t talk about me, whose photo will he put in the thumbnail? Whose name will he write in his titles? And about whom will the headline be published?".

WhatsApp Apologies and a Sharp Response

Mukhija further revealed that she repeatedly apologized to Pandey via WhatsApp, expressing regret that he felt negatively. However, she said he responded by suggesting she treat her own child the same way, adding that his mother was very angry. Mukhija retorted that if he treats his children that way, she wishes him the best. She expressed disapproval of moral policing, especially since she has apologized multiple times to both Pandey and Ashish, a fact she asserts Pandey is aware of.

Beyond the controversy surrounding 'The Traitors', Apoorva Mukhija is also focusing on her acting career. She made her debut in 2023 with the web series 'Who's Your Gynac?' and also appeared in the 2025 film 'Nadaaniyan'.
